Automatic bandsaw for cutting thin veneer
This type of bandsaws are designed and manufactured with years of engineering and testing on field directly with customers. A lot of patents distinguishes a fully automatic bandsaw, 2 side cutting veneer with accuracy of +/- 0,5 mm!, automatical setting of thickness, movement and removal of lamellas.
It can be equipped with prism loading ramp or automatical logdeck and outfeed conveyor with robot manipulator.
Machine has special prism turners.
Adjustable hand for boards
Additional sawdust exhauster system with ventilator on machine.
Machine can operate independently or connected in multi-line with several veneer bandsaws
